Engineering firm seeking a full-time Administrator Assistant/Bookkeeper Assistant to join our firm. Fast paced environment requires energetic person wih multi tasking skills We are looking for a driven individual who wants to make a difference and be a big fish in a small pond. We seek a talented and self starter to support all aspects of our business- from marketing to recruiting and from proofreading to invoicing/bookkeeping. In order to grow, we need that right person! Duties will include executive support to senior management, support to the CFO with invoicing, technical document review and editing, assist engineers with proposal preparation and various marketing and administrative tasks. Proofreading skills, attention to detail, as well as excellent organization and optimization skills are a must. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus but not required. We offer a collaborative work environment with career growth and financial rewards based on employee's contributions to the team.
