Photographer/Editor TV Miami, FL | Full Time Summary Entravision is looking for a versatile Editor / Camera Operator to join our national Spanish-language streaming news team. This hybrid role is ideal for a visual storyteller who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, producing compelling content for streaming, broadcast, digital, and social media platforms. Essential Functions Shoot high-quality video in the field and in studio for news stories, live events, interviews, special projects, and breaking news. Edit daily news content, including reporter packages, interviews, features, promos, and digital-first content. Collaborate closely with producers, reporters, writers, and graphic designers to create engaging visual storytelling. Operate professional broadcast cameras, lighting, audio, and related production equipment. Capture compelling video, natural sound, and interviews that strengthen storytelling. Edit content with strong pacing, creativity, and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. Adapt quickly to breaking news and changing editorial priorities. Ensure all content meets Entravision's editorial, technical, and production standards. Assist with live field productions and special event coverage as needed. Maintain and properly care for assigned production equipment. Job Requirements Required Education and Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a camera operator, editor, or multimedia journalist in a television newsroom, streaming, or digital news environment. Fluent, near-native Spanish speaking and writing skills are required. Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and modern non-linear editing systems. Strong visual storytelling skills and creative editing style. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in high-pressure breaking news situations. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Willingness to travel on assignment. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during major breaking news coverage. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles, when required.
