We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects, with a strong focus on Homeowners Association (HOA) communities. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, budget adherence, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of restoration and reconstruction projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage repairs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards, property managers, residents, and insurance adjusters
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and insurance estimates
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, HOA guidelines, and safety regulations
  • Handle change orders, project documentation, and reporting
  • Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts professionally and proactively
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in restoration, reconstruction, or construction
  • Proven experience working with HOA communities and property management companies
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and Xactimate (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale multi-unit residential projects
  • Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or IICRC (e.g., WRT, ASD)
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
