Job description

Primary Job Duties

- Processing and administration of online orders

- Retrieving and processing orders from our online customer base including Home Depot, Target, Wayfair... and other portals.

- Processing orders via web portal and EDI, printing shipping labels, uploading tracking and creating sales orders on a daily basis.

- Create shipping labels and documents, e.g., bill-of-lading, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.

- Cross check shipping labels and documents for accuracy.

- Review and monitor open order reports to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled.

- Perform data processing of quick-ship and expedited customer purchase orders.

- Work with shipping department and warehouse to continuously evaluate and modify the order processing routine to maximize output and productivity.

- Perform data entry of return shipments, create and issue RMAs to customers.

- Communicate and provide updates to customers via phone and email.

Skills/Qualifications

- Experience with Amazon is a big plus

- Experience with UPS WorldShip and Fedex Ship Manager software.

- Experience with E-Commerce Websites and EDI.

- Strong data entry experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)

- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency
