BioLegend (part of the Revvity organization) is looking for a Senior D365 F&O Developer who will be focused on business systems development, process improvements and implementation, primarily focused on Manufacturing and Supply chain related areas. Works as part of the BioLegend IT Application Team and covering as a backup for rest of the application areas. This role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence the successful outcome of this exciting D365 implementation project. This is a full-time position in our San Diego office.

Essential Functions

  • Act as a Liaison for Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning/Purchasing, QA/QC and Customer Service departments to ensure the D365 ERP implementation meets BioLegend's current and future requirements.

  • Drive the adoption of AI-first business solutions by partnering with functional and technical teams to implement Copilot, AI Agents, and intelligent automation capabilities.

  • Design, develop, and support D365 enhancements, extensions, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, optimize system performance, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver and support seamless connections between D365, Salesforce, warehouse management systems, eCommerce platforms, Azure services, EDI providers, and other enterprise applications.

  • Lead ERP initiatives and support D365 biannual release upgrades, including planning, testing, deployment, and Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V) activities to meet quality and compliance requirements.

  • Validate system configurations and functional designs prior to production deployment while supporting change management and organizational readiness activities.

  • Understand the impacts of changes to a highly integrated ERP system, determine the depth and breadth of testing to minimize risks, and organize teams to address needs.

  • Other projects or responsibilities may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing extensions for D365 F&O in a validated life sciences environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing specifically cloud-based D365 F&O ERP implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.

  • Extensive knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

  • Experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O extensions and customizations using X++, including data entities, OData/REST APIs.

  • Experience in working with Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI tools in conjunction with D365 environment will be plus.

  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules (focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain), functionalities, and implementation methodologies in a validated life sciences environment.

  • Experience with software validation processes in a life sciences ISO 13485 environment.

  • Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.

  • Knowledge of integration strategies with other systems and applications.

  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies during large scale ERP implementations.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$135,000 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
