Job SummaryThe Product Owner - B2B & EDI Integrations is responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for enterprise B2B integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platform capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable integration solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
This position is required to report to the Somerset, NJ office location on a hybrid basis.

Role Description

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams to prioritize integration initiatives that improve customer and partner experiences.

  • Drive modernization efforts related to EDI, cXML, trading partner onboarding, and integration platform adoption.

  • Translate business processes and partner requirements into prioritized product features, enhancements, and technical solutions.

  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, and product release prioritization activities.

  • Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction success rates, onboarding velocity, platform stability, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with operations, support, and engineering teams to improve platform scalability, observability, reliability, and overall maturity.

  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and business value delivery to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting enterprise integration, supply chain, procurement, order management, or customer-facing business processes.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Experience working directly with cross-functional business and technology teams.

  • Ability to travel 10%

Preferred

  • Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or trading partner management.

  • Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, BizTalk, MuleSoft, Seeburger, or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of X12, EDIFACT, cXML, AS2, SFTP, and other B2B integration standards and technologies.

  • Experience supporting supplier, customer, or distribution partner integration programs.

  • Experience leading integration modernization, transformation, or migration initiatives.

  • Familiarity with integration monitoring, operational support, and service management practices.

  • Experience working in distribution, supply chain, eCommerce, or large-scale enterprise environments.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include
