As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in regular case reviews and team meetings, which will enhance your clinical skill set and improve care pathways.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with information on mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources.
• Staying current with developments in mental health by engaging in ongoing education, which you will integrate into your practice for improved patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with terminally ill patients and their families, addressing emotional and psychological concerns that arise in the context of hospice care. Your empathetic engagement will help alleviate anxiety, depression, and grief, ensuring patients and their families receive compassionate support during a critical phase of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada, reflecting your commitment to professional standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in psychological therapy settings.
• Profound knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic methodologies, including familiarity with evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to forge meaningful connections with patients and colleagues.

• Prior experience providing therapy in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience with diverse patient populations, offering culturally competent care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and contributions.
