Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workday Financials Lead to join our team. In this role your expertise in healthcare operations will fuel transformational change for our clients. You will be a part of a team that is passionate about driving process improvements and cost savings through innovative solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting-edge software.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Design and configure Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday Financials with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing the Workday Financials solution.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Banking and Settlement, Projects, and Suppliers.
  • Proven track record in leading Workday Financials projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support.
  • Workday certification in Workday Financials preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,559.
For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
