Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at Polestar New Canaan, you’ll be the face of the brand—educating guests about our electric performance vehicles, providing exceptional experiences, and guiding customers through their ownership journey. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about sustainability and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests, creating a welcoming and informative environment.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and performance of Polestar vehicles.

  • Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process, including test drives, order placements, and follow-up.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Polestar vehicles, technology, and EV trends.

  • Assist in delivering vehicles and ensure a seamless handover process.

  • Support digital retail operations, including online sales and virtual consultations.

  • Collaborate with the Polestar team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand's ethos.

  • Maintain CRM systems and follow up with leads and existing clients.

  • Stay updated on local and national EV incentives and educate customers accordingly.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
