Building Maintenance Technician - Kapco Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician in Grafton, WI.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs appropriate duties in the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosis of a variety of mechanical equipment for building applicationsย 
  • Completes preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars
  • Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed
  • Partners with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repair
  • Understands and appropriately uses OSHA lock out / tag out requirements
  • Follows all safety procedures and provides the guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices
  • Forklift and Crane training required
  • Other duties as assigned
