Position with Georgia Foods / A&D of Greensboro - Independently Owned and Operated Franchise

Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders who are ready to lead with purpose, hustle with heart, and make each shift count. As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person for your crew, keeping things running smoothly while delivering the kind of fast, friendly service Bojangles is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example during active shifts-setting the tone for service, quality, and pace
  • Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
