What You'll Do:


Procurement & Purchasing

  • Manage purchasing activities, including creating and processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Source and order materials, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, resolve order issues, and coordinate returns of defective items.
  • Support non-inventory purchases and invoice processing.

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and performance standards to optimize cost and quality.
  • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers; oversee compliance, tax, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and track vendor quotations.

Sourcing & Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve sourcing and procurement processes for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Develop and update ordering guides and sourcing plans for key components and assemblies.
  • Lead special procurement projects such as new product launches or sub-assembly sourcing.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitor open orders, lead times, and delivery schedules to align with production and operations.
  • Coordinate materials for contract manufacturers and oversee receiving and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly purchasing and performance reports.

Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct quality checks on materials and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve quality or supplier issues.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
  • Represent the Supply Chain function in meetings and initiatives.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring: 

  • 1 year of supply chain, logistics, or related experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field required.
