Our client in San Francisco is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager! This is an in office job up to $165k salaryA bit about us:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast-paced Tech Services team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, acting as the critical liaison between our clients and our services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and has a proven track record in driving customer retention and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback. You'll be driving the success and growth of our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
