Emergency Department Registered Nurse / (FT, Nights)
20k sign on Bonus!
$5.00 shift differential for nights, $2.50 for weekends.
MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated registered nurse (night owl) to join their tight knit team on a full-time basis at a lovely independent community hospital near Sunbury, OH!
ED Registered Nurse SUMMARY
The RN is responsible for delivering direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment; implementation and prioritization of patient's problems and needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of a nursing plan of care. Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age-specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members. Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.
Requirements ED Registered Nurse
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
  • Palliative Care Training preferred. Current (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
