Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Nurse to support our team! Eligible nurses can earn sign on & relocation bonuses.
This position is full time days, 3-12 hour shifts and has weekend and call rotation.

The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full-service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital - Loudoun County's only designated trauma center.

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
  • Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
  • Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
  • Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
  • Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
  • License: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
  • Certification: BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer (2) plus years ED RN experience.
