We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option. EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.


EAH is seeking a Product Specialist - Audi/Volkswagen responsible for our catalog of products for Audi/Volkswagen vehicles - this includes maintaining our existing product catalog; ideation, onboarding, and merchandising of new products and brands; providing product support to our customer-facing teams. He or she will be responsible for gathering customer insights, talking to our knowledgeable sales reps and gathering insights from social sites and forums to offer compelling new products and optimizing the shopping experience for existing products, across our nine banners and 20+ in-house-brands. This position will be based out of the Company's Wadsworth, OH headquarters, with meaningful travel requirements to other banners.


Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Product Catalog - Analyzing and acting on feedback from forums, email marketing, and social media interactions to improve our customer experience by creating and maintaining a best in class product catalog for Audi/VW. Partner with other product departments on best practices, working with our Sales/Marketing Department on supplying the best product offering.
  • Define a clear sales expectation and cannibalization analysis for each product line or product that is being contemplated for onboarding.
  • Write product detail page descriptive copy that is engaging and informative.
  • Set the price for the new product that is competitive/compelling to the customer while also following vendor pricing rules.
  • Provide sales and after-sales support of Audi/VW products
  • Attractively merchandise products on our customer-facing website with category locations and vehicle fitments.
  • Ensure we have accurate forecasting for projected volume, partner with S&P to ensure we have in-stocks.
  • Maintain existing Audi/VW product catalog for OEM, aftermarket, and performance products.

  • Creating and maintain a best in class Audi/VW OEM, aftermarket, and performance product catalog
  • Become lead Audi/VW phone and email support to customer facing teams
  • Expansion of product catalog across segments (OEM, aftermarket, performance)
  • Strong collaborator between marketing and product teams for new brands and or product lines
  • Demonstrating ownership of our Audi/VW product catalog
  • Be able to create win-win partnership with vendors.
