THE WORK
We are seeking a Level 4 Program Manager to lead an Integrated Product Team supporting the Enterprise Collaboration System (ECS) portion of the SPICE Contract. The SPICE contract supports SBIRS Missile Warning Operations, Sustainment and Modernization.
Must have at least an active DoD Secret clearance for consideration, location is Boulder, CO.
This position is currently funded for 6 months to participate in the sustainment of the existing system and the proposal effort for the follow-on work. The position will become contingent after January 2027.
The ECS PM will directly support the SPICE PM and be responsible for all ECS cost, technical, and schedule baselines. This includes sustainment (depot) of the existing ECS baseline, management of ECS as a Service multi-customer funding, execution of discrete ECS expansion and modernization projects, and strategy development for ECS growth. In addition, managing risks and opportunities, change and quality management, and strategic initiatives related to the scope. In addition, the ECS PM participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements. Acts as primary customer contact for ECS program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
This is an MID-SR CAREER (level 4) ROLE where candidates typically require 5+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.
