Job Description Leads the success of content, device, and other value-add products and services within the broadband portfolio. Responsible for developing the short-term & long-term strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, as well as launching national broadband promotions and campaigns for loyalty and rewards to foster brand love and customer engagement. This role drives overall portfolio growth and execution efficiency by leveraging advanced generative AI tools, automated reporting systems, and conversational AI bots.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEcosystem (Content & Device Portfolio)
  • Leads the success of the Broadband Content & Device portfolio and develops the overall short-term & long-term strategy/roadmap based on customer needs and demands.

  • Tech-to-Value Translation: Translates complex broadband technologies-including Fiber/FTTH (GPON, XGS-PON), 5G NR (sub-6GHz, mmWave), FWA, and cutting-edge Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6E, 7, 8)-into compelling consumer value propositions, premium subscription tiers, and high-impact promos.

  • Software Ecosystem Positioning: Leverages a commercial understanding of broadband software frameworks (prplOS, RDK-B, Broadband Forum open standards) and cloud-based Wi-Fi management platforms to design value-added services, smart home bundles, and premium hardware upgrade incentives.

  • Smart Home & Future Tech Strategy: Capitalizes on smart home IoT protocols (Matter, Thread) to create ecosystem bundling opportunities that drive hardware adoption and improve high-value product perception.

  • Defines the portfolio, pricing principles, and customer journey for the ecosystem portfolio, covering product positioning, inventory management, and end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

  • Manages E2E projects from launch through to post-mortem review, ensuring all initiatives sync with business, margin, and revenue goals.

  • Ideates on new portfolio strategies, develops comprehensive business cases, and ensures long-term profitability through alignment with Finance and MSH partners.

  • Leads partnership discussions and commercial negotiations with content and device providers, including pitching new business frameworks to usage teams and managing end-to-end stakeholder relations.
