Position Summary
This program isa11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead orcontribute towhile alsoparticipatingin networking, development, and career exploration activities.Additionally,successful interns are strongly positioned for consideration for future full-time opportunities with CVS Health, including the General Management Development Program.

The Summer 2027program will run May 24th- August 6th2027 (subject to change)

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference:Hartford, CT,Woonsocket, RI, or Dallas, TX.The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.Relocation stipends will be provided to qualifying interns andinterns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing ifdesired.

The hourly rateis $26/hrwith40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paidleave.

  • Supported cross-functional collaboration and operational initiatives across CVS, Signify, and Oak Street Health. Contributed to business assessments, process improvement efforts, and strategic planning activities aimed at enhancing customer engagement and organizational effectiveness.

  • Evaluated sales trends and merchandising strategies for the Women's Health & Wellness category across 7,000+ stores. Presented findings to senior leadership and recommended solutions to improve customer experience and drive market share growth.

Work visa sponsorshipis notavailable for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visaprograms.
