Your Role

Aptiv's Finance Leadership Development Internship is a program aimed providing interns with a fantastic opportunity to progress their careers and obtain a place in Aptiv's Graduate Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The FLDP is led by Aptiv's senior finance executive team and is aimed at developing Aptiv's finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the FLDP will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. Each assignment will be in a different area of finance with at least one as an international assignment across the scope of Aptiv's global operations. The internship will provide the participants with experience in a specific function within the finance organization, including but not limited to:
* Financial Planning & Analysis
* Commercial Finance
* Tax & Government Affairs
The program is led by a Senior Finance Executive Team that is committed to developing strong finance professionals. The participants of the Program have a unique chance for accelerated career growth. Interns will also complete a project with other interns over the course of their time in Aptiv.
