The essential duties, experience, education requirements, and salary are subject to change.*The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise information systems and infrastructure. This role ensures system reliability, security, and performance through effective configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of technical solutions. The Senior IT Systems Administrator collaborates with technical teams to support daily operations, resolve complex issues, maintain system compliance, and ensure the availability and integrity of IT services.Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Other duties may be assigned.System & Network Administration: Perform daily system administration tasks on Windows and/or Linux servers, including user account management, patching, and applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices (switches, routers, firewalls).Tier 1/2 User Support: Provide direct support to end-users for technical issues, including VTC setup and troubleshooting, account resets, and software support. Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or external vendors as needed.Security Operations: Monitor security logs, respond to alerts, and assist with incident response and remediation activities. Ensure systems are backed up and that disaster recovery plans are tested.Technical Support: Provide skilled technical support across all performance areas as assigned by the Team Lead, adapting to emerging technologies and requirements.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field; or experience equal to.
