What you own:
LoanPro's RevOps Analyst supports the sales and revenue teams by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and assisting in deal structuring to drive efficiency and revenue growth. This individual collaborates with sales and RevOps leadership to provide insights on deal structures, alternative contract options, and data-driven decision-making. They will work with large datasets to improve sales performance and forecasting while gaining hands-on experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and revenue optimization strategies. They will align with LoanPro's core values, culture, and policies while developing analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Gain hands-on experience with LoanPro's sales processes, CRM (HubSpot), and revenue operations to support sales efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Work closely with the RevOps team to audit and clean prospect and lead data within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy through data management best practices.
  • Assist in analyzing prospecting lists, engagement metrics, and intent data to help identify new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Support efforts to optimize sales processes by researching tools and automation solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Help track and analyze key sales performance metrics, contributing to insights that drive improvements.
  • Assist in streamlining administrative tasks for the sales team, such as organizing deal reviews and updating CRM records.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on sales trends, pipeline progress, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with LoanPro's revenue strategies.
  • Assist in creating templates, workflows, and documentation to enhance sales operations.
  • Bring a curious, problem-solving mindset to identify areas for improvement and contribute to LoanPro's growth initiatives.

What you need for success:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in Enterprise SaaS, B2B sales, and revenue operations, with a willingness to learn about deal structuring, pricing, and sales processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), and revenue operations concepts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and a willingness to learn new tools.
