Are you passionate about ecommerce, beauty brands, and digital marketplaces? We're looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing team and help drive the success of our Beauty & Personal Care brands across Amazon and other ecommerce channels.
In this role, Amazon will be your primary focus, where you'll manage product listings, PDP content, A+ Content, Brand Stores, promotions, inventory monitoring, reporting, and new product launches. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling shopping experiences that drive visibility, conversion, and growth.
Job Description:
What You'll Do
Amazon Marketplace Management
  • Create, update, and maintain Amazon product listings across skincare, hair care, cosmetics, nails, lashes, grooming, and personal care categories.
  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes, variations, and other catalog information.
  • Ensure listings accurately communicate product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, claims, and key selling points.
  • Support new product launches by preparing listing content, product data, images, A+ Content, and launch readiness requirements.
  • Monitor listing quality, compliance, search visibility, and conversion performance.

PDP Content & Creative Coordination
  • Develop PDP image briefs that clearly communicate product benefits and beauty-specific selling points.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, product development, and regulatory teams to create high-converting product pages.
  • Support storytelling initiatives for hero products, seasonal campaigns, and new launches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and approved claims.

A+ Content & Brand Store Management
  • Create and maintain Amazon A+ Content and Brand Story modules.
  • Build and update Amazon Brand Stores to improve product discovery and brand engagement.
  • Develop comparison charts, routine-building content, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor Brand Store performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Promotions & Campaign Support
  • Set up and manage Amazon promotions, coupons, deals, and Prime-exclusive offers.
  • Support key retail events such as Prime Day, Holiday campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with inventory availability and business objectives.
  • Analyze promotional performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Optimization
  • Continuously optimize listings based on keyword trends, customer feedback, reviews, and marketplace best practices.
  • Improve discoverability and conversion through content enhancements and SEO optimization.
  • Support AI-driven shopping experiences by ensuring listings contain clear, customer-focused information.

Reporting & Analytics

Inventory & Launch Readiness
  • Monitor inventory levels and product availability across Amazon.
  • Help prevent stockouts and support inventory planning efforts.
  • Ensure products are launch-ready for promotions, campaigns, and marketplace expansion initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams as needed.

Account Health & Marketplace Support
  • Manage Amazon support cases related to listings, catalog issues, compliance requests, and account health matters.
  • Assist with documentation requests and issue resolution.
  • Support Amazon UK and EU marketplace operations and expansion projects.
  • Help maintain healthy marketplace accounts and operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with ecommerce, brand, creative, advertising, operations, inventory, and product teams.
  • Participate in meetings with Amazon account managers and agency partners.
  • Support special ecommerce projects, marketplace launches, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, Amazon marketplace management, digital merchandising, or related ecommerce operations.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce product listings, PDP content, catalog management, and marketplace operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create customer-focused content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing sales, traffic, conversion, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Beauty & Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Hair Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, promotions, and account health management.
  • Experience with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other ecommerce platforms.

The anticipated compensation range is
