The Opportunity

The eCommerce Specialist supports the eCommerce Senior Manager in the day-to-day execution of integrated growth marketing programs across paid media, promotions, influencer marketing, regulatory review, social commerce and agency workflows. The role also partners closely with the E-commerce Marketing Manager to help deliver accurate, conversion-ready site experiences through landing-page quality assurance, site testing, merchandising checks and cross-functional issue resolution. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role for someone who can manage multiple timelines, maintain strong attention to detail and confidently coordinate projects from briefing through final approval and launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotional Campaign Execution - Coordinate the end-to-end promotional creative workflow, including briefing copywriters and designers, consolidating inputs and maintaining timelines. Review promotional ads and provide clear, actionable feedback; partner with designers and copywriters to deliver accurate, on-brand final content. Deliver approved assets, copy and campaign requirements to agency and channel partners. Review agency-produced copy, creative mockups and landing pages for each promotion, ensuring alignment with the approved offer, brand standards and channel requirements. Manage stakeholder review rounds, track revisions and secure final internal approvals before launch. Maintain organized campaign files, final asset links, specifications and approval documentation.
  • Influencer & Creator Content - Support quarterly influencer planning by reviewing prospective creators and recommending partners based on brand fit, audience quality and content potential. Coordinate product sends and related logistics for new creator content. Review incoming creator content, consolidate feedback and communicate revision requests. Coordinate final content approval and ensure usage details, deliverables and final files are documented. Upload approved creator content to Firework for on-site use and maintain an organized library of available assets.
  • PRC / Regulatory Review Coordination - Prepare and submit marketing materials for PRC review, including CTV scripts, banner assets, new blog content, landing pages and ongoing SEO page updates. Track submission status, deadlines, required documentation and reviewer feedback across active projects. Route PRC feedback to the appropriate internal, agency or creative teams and confirm that required revisions are incorporated. Upload final approved content and associated part numbers back into the PRC system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • E-commerce Marketing Support - Partner with the E-commerce Marketing Manager to QA promotional and evergreen landing pages before launch across desktop and mobile. Test links, buttons, navigation, promotional codes, offer logic, product availability, pricing, imagery, copy, DISCLAIMERS and tracking parameters. Validate that landing pages and on-site experiences match approved creative briefs, campaign messaging and promotional terms. Conduct pre-launch and post-launch site testing, document defects and coordinate with e-commerce, development, creative and agency partners until issues are resolved. Support merchandising updates, including product sequencing, promotional placements, homepage modules, banners, collection pages and cross-sell recommendations. Review the customer journey from ad click through checkout to identify broken links, inconsistent messaging, friction points or conversion risks. Support new product launches and site updates by maintaining QA checklists, launch trackers and final approval records. Perform routine site audits for outdated content, expired promotions, missing assets, broken links and other customer-experience issues. Help coordinate site content requests and ensure final assets, copy, product details and approvals are delivered to the appropriate teams on time. Assist with basic post-launch reporting and issue documentation to capture learnings and improve future campaign execution.
  • Financial & Administrative Support - Process marketing invoices by validating required information, routing invoices to Accounts Payable and completing Strongroom approvals. Maintain invoice and budget trackers, follow up on outstanding approvals and flag discrepancies or timing risks. Provide general project coordination support, including meeting notes, status updates, task tracking and file organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as a dependable coordination point across Growth Marketing, E-commerce, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, Finance, agency and technology partners. Proactively communicate deadlines, dependencies, feedback and risks to keep projects moving. Build and maintain clear processes, templates, trackers and checklists that improve speed, accuracy and visibility.
Qualifications

Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, e-commerce customer journeys and promotional campaign execution. Comfort learning marketing, project-management, regulatory-review, invoice-processing and social-commerce platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project-management tools, Firework, TikTok Shop or PRC/Veeva systems is a plus.
