Goodwill serving Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania is searching for a shipper to help our non-profit achieve further success. Our facility in Erie, PA has an opening for a E-commerce shipper. Summary: The E-commerce Shipping Associate will provide support to the E-Commerce department and is responsible for moving product, packaging product, and shipping product.


Essential Duties:

  • The E-commerce Shipping Associate is responsible for order fulfillment operations for the E-comm department. Including but not limited to; picking, packing and processing outgoing orders, supply replenishment, and general warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet all benchmark requirements for units picked, packed and processed per hour.
  • Remain cross trained in other positions to support as needed.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
  • Coordinate with team members to determine daily goals and work efficiently to package and ship orders.


Essential Skills:

  • Ability to learn and utilize listing and shipping software.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Past e-commerce/shipping experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Office and store environment with fluorescent lighting and climate-controlled temperature. Occasional or frequent exposure to dust, lint, and other irritants generated by the sorting and handling of donated goods. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Occasional nontraditional (nights and weekends) hours. Occasional instances of short deadlines and fast paced situations or demands.
