Job description

Job Responsibilities
    1. Partner with the General Manager to develop annual business plans, prepare marketing

calendars, and position e-commerce channels in alignment with product features, business objectives, channel strategies, and customer behavior trends.

    2. Proactively develop strategies to achieve and exceed assigned eCommerce sales goals and

profit ratio through precise planning, execution, and optimization of channel operations and resources.

    3. Formulate and enforce channel policies for pricing, promotions, product management, inventory,

and legal compliance to align with brand standards as well as platform requirements.

    4. Identify and lead Ecommerce channel development initiatives, including onboarding new

platforms, optimizing performance, and managing exits of underperforming channels to improve omni-channel optimization, maximize site sales, traffic conversion, and increase customer

satisfaction.

    5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce channel partners (e.g. Home Depot,

Lowes), ensuring compliance with their policies and leveraging promotional opportunities.

    6. Utilize quantitative data to build, test, evaluate, and maintain robust data analysis and reporting

qualitative data for management to make timely, informed decisions, including measuring ROI and KPIs and overseeing P&L.

    7. Utilize platform analytics tools to identify business opportunities, operational challenges, sales

trends, drive solutions, and implement continuous improvements to enhance e-commerce efficiency and revenue growth.

    8. Leverage data analysis to track consumer behavior, market dynamics, new channel trends,

competitive landscape, and provide insights of growth opportunities to refine channel, category, and customer strategies.

    9. Oversee and monitor day-to-day channel operations of third-party eCommerce operation team,

ensuring seamless execution of advertising, listings, promotion campaigns, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

    10. Coordinate with Marketing Team and digital marketing business partner to constantly review and

monitor digital marketing strategies performance and make adjustment for effective ecommerce marketing strategies.

    11. Coordinate with Customer Service Team to manage customer review and feedback, and

implement strategies to improve customer journey, user interface, and overall satisfaction across all e-commerce touchpoints.

    12. Coordinate with Product function to identify new opportunities and categories, develop, and

implement platform-specific product strategies, including product selection, inventory planning, and competitive analysis, to drive incremental growth.

    13. Coordinate with other cross-functional teams, including but not limited to finance and logistics

teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and a cohesive brand presence.

    14. Establish communication framework for team collaboration and morale establishment by

conducting regular reviews, performance assessments, coaching, and team building activities.

    15. Establish monitoring systems to track channel performance, compliance management, review

management, ensuring all e-commerce activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and platform-specific policies to mitigate potential risks.

    16. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, marketing, business, or equivalent preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in large Ecommerce Channels (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) Management, or online sales preferred.
  • Experience with the Electric Home Appliance catalog is a plus.
  • English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with demand planning, catalog management systems, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management, problemsolving, and relationship management skills.
  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and implement optimizations.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
