Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

Location (city, state): West Oklahoma City

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + annual performance-based bonus potential

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid **Initially onsite Monday–Wednesday for approximately the first 60 days. Longer-term hybrid flexibility may be available based on performance and business needs. This position is not fully remote.

Our client is a rapidly growing consumer-products organization with a strong e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years and serves individual consumers as well as commercial and national retail customers. The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and continuing to evolve as the business scales.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to oversee the analytical and operational side of a growing marketing organization. This individual will work closely with marketing leadership to evaluate digital and e-commerce performance, manage reporting and KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of marketing and creative strategy. This role will also provide leadership to two marketing team members and help bring greater organization and structure to projects, priorities, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce data to uncover trends, performance issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Own marketing dashboards, KPIs, recurring reports, and performance tracking.
  • Improve reporting processes and help transition manual reporting toward more automated solutions.
  • Evaluate campaign, channel, customer, and e-commerce performance across multiple data sources.
  • Organize marketing initiatives by establishing priorities, timelines, ownership, and follow-up.
  • Lead and support team members responsible for brand/content and social media.
  • Partner with creative team members while using data to help guide marketing decisions.
  • Utilize AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing workflows, analysis, and productivity.
  • Coordinate recurring customer and subscriber initiatives, including vendor sourcing, budgeting, quantities, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing operations, e-commerce analytics, or a related field.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce metrics.
  • Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools; Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Triple Whale experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, ShipStation, or similar e-commerce/marketing platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience with Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar project-management tools preferred.
  • Previous leadership, team-lead, or people-management experience.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable creating processes and structure in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with different personalities and communicating recommendations confidently and professionally.
  • Interest in incorporating AI tools into day-to-day work.
  • Relevant professional experience is valued over a specific degree; a degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline is a plus.
