We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Paid Media Specialist to join our onsite team at Maison and Tavola, 10600 Telephone Rd. Houston, TX 77075.


What We're Looking For

Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Willingness to learn new software, AI tools, and e-commerce platforms. Strong written communication skills.

Able to work independently and follow established processes.

Core Responsibilities

Product & Website Management

Create and update Shopify product listings.

Upload and organize product information, images, and descriptions.

Maintain product collections, tags, categories, and other merchandising information. Review product pages for accuracy and consistency.

Assist with ongoing website updates and merchandising projects.

Spreadsheet & Catalog Management

Work with large spreadsheets containing product information.

Perform bulk product updates using CSV files and other import/export tools. Maintain accurate product data, pricing, inventory, and specifications.

Organize and update large product catalogs efficiently.

Website Maintenance

Edit and organize product images for the website.

Help maintain a clean, consistent shopping experience.

Assist with seasonal updates, promotions, and new product launches.

Reporting & Administrative Support

Maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Organize and summarize sales and product information.

Assist with data entry and general e-commerce administrative tasks.

Team Support

Work closely with the Director of E-Commerce on daily projects. Learn new software and processes as business needs evolve.

Help support marketing and merchandising initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail.

Strong written communication skills.

Comfortable learning new software and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with Shopify or another e-commerce platform. Experience working with spreadsheets containing large amounts of data.

Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing is a plus.

Experience with CSV files, product uploads, or catalog management is a plus.
