Senior Technical Ecommerce Product Manager

Location: Onsite (Sarasota, FL) Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

OE Wheel Distributors, LLC is the trusted leader in replica and aftermarket wheel manufacturing and design, offering the largest replica selection in the market for all major vehicle makes and models. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences and a supportive culture through our daily interactions, while inspiring passion and loyalty by creating high-quality products, and building innovative brands and designs. We are seeking a an experienced Senior Technical Ecommerce Product Manager to lead and scale our DTC and B2B ecommerce platforms. This role is responsible for driving the technical strategy, platform performance, and digital growth initiatives to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience for B2C and B2B customers. The ideal candidate combines deep ecommerce technical expertise with a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket parts industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the technical strategy and hands on operations for our ecommerce platform to build best in class, differentiated user experiences for DTC and B2B, optimize for sales conversion and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee complex integrations between the NetSuite ERP, Shopify Plus, CRM and other technical software to streamline operations and ensure accurate, real-time product availability, order management and fulfillment.
  • Own the sales performance of the owheelsllc.com website across three brands: OE Wheels, 4PLAY® Wheels and DEFIANT® Wheels. Establish and track KPIs across site performance, sales and conversion, traffic, and customer satisfaction; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a team of external vendors and technology partners to execute website development and platform integrations.
  • Define requirements and oversee development of features that enhance the user experience, including photo galleries, video, educational content, merchandising, flawless navigation and checkout.
  • Partner with the marketing and operations teams to optimize site performance and implement data-driven digital marketing initiatives that drive conversions (paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, merchandising).
  • Partner with the wholesale sales team to continually improve the user experience of the B2B site and maximize revenue opportunity.
  • Ensure platform security, PCI compliance, and proper handling of customer data across all digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of ecommerce and replica/aftermarket wheel industry trends, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that enhance the customer experience and competitive positioning.
What We are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Ecommerce, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of DTC and B2B ecommerce management experience, with proven success in a senior technical role.
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Celigo or similar integration platform.
  • Proven experience driving DTC and B2B revenue and profit growth.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical integrations and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced understanding of digital analytics (including GA4), SEO, CRO and digital marketing technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
