Job description

Marco's Pizza is seeking an eCommerce Growth Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role is responsible for driving growth across our web and app ordering experiences by optimizing conversion, reducing friction, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through data-driven experimentation, digital product enhancements, and customer-first thinking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own order funnel analysis using GA4 and sales data; translate insights into clear
  • UX and design recommendations that improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Drive SEO and AEO strategy, including landing page and content development (initially partnering with external consultants, then implementing an enterprise solution).
  • Own site tagging strategy, pixel implementation (GA4 and marketing/advertising pixels), and ongoing validation to ensure accurate data capture across the digital experience.
  • Drive product roadmaps, business cases, and prioritization of digital initiatives.
  • Own Google Business Profile optimization and manage third-party partnership performance.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate UX tests using optimization software to drive measurable improvements.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage third-party tools and platforms, including testing, evaluation, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, IT, and development teams to enhance website performance and user experience.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Growth or Digital Marketing roles
  • Significant hands-on eCommerce experience optimizing high-volume online ordering platforms, order funnels, conversion rates, and digital customer experiences
  • Strong experience with SEO, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics (GA4 required)
  • Experience with site tagging, pixel implementation, and data validation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the QSR or multi-location retail industry
  • Google Business Profile optimization and local search partnership management
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices
