• Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Community Management & Engagement:

• Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and industry leaders to expand reach.
• Manage social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and address concerns proactively.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, etc.).
• Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• A/B test content formats, post times, and engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall social media performance.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on competitors' social strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Coordinate with paid social teams to ensure organic and paid strategies are complementary.
• Train and support team members on social media best practices when necessary.
Knowledge /Skills/Abilities
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably handling multiple brands.

• Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
