Job description

Apple Farm Service is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team for the role of E-Commerce Inventory Specialist. Apple Farm Service has successfully launched their online parts store & needs the right person to help continue their growth. Duties of the E-Commerce Inventory Specialist include fulfilling and shipping customer orders, collecting and transcribing data into a business system, importing and manipulating excel documents, collecting and taking pictures of parts inventory, managing the public-facing parts portion of the website, and utilizing AI to improve efficiencies.

This candidate will have to be open to learning new tasks and will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Parts Manager. Responsibilities: Manage and manipulate data pulls from the business system.Edit and error-check excel files.Manage data imports.Manage and fulfill online orders.Collect or take pictures of parts.Manage the customer facing website relating to part sales.Utilize AI to help withHelp the Marketing Manager with e-commerce and parts related promotions.Manage and order brand merchandise for sale. Experience: (Not required, but preferred) Background in ag or construction parts, or knowledge of ag or construction equipmentAbility and knowledge to edit and manipulate excel filesMicrosoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ect.)Basic understanding of data imports and exports Skills: Detail oriented, ability to catch errors and inconsistenciesAbility to be self-managedGreat time managementProblem solving with excel and creating more efficient processes
