Primary Function:
Love finding hidden treasures? Get paid to sort, price, and showcase unique donations every day. Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager, the Hard Lines Processor will process donations for sale in Goodwill retail stores or warehouses. Responsibilities including but not limited to sorting, pricing, cleaning, and shipping of donated goods.
Essential Functions:
  • Adhere to Goodwill rotation schedule;
  • Process donations adhering to Goodwill's standards and guidelines;
  • Keep accurate record of items processed on a daily basis;
  • Regularly meet or exceed production standards and quotas;
  • Understand and perform all procedures necessary to meet or exceed the weekly sales and production quota for the store;
  • Ensure Full and Fresh inventory;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area;
  • Ensure that a full inventory of items remains on sales floor at all times;
  • Ship surplus items to other retail stores in need of donations as directed by leadership;
  • Comply with applicable safety procedures; Report accidents/injuries and safety concerns to the appropriate leadership staff;
  • Comply with Goodwill's policies and procedures, including performing assigned duties within the framework of
  • Goodwill's Guiding Principles;
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record;
  • Cross train in the production of goods as well as the sale of goods, as requested.
