Wage: $20.75/hour.
Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for the direction and supervision of all facets of the of the E-Commerce department towards optimal performance and profitability.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervises employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity, increase
profits, and support the mission.
• Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of employees.
• Assists the E-Commerce Manager with hiring and training new employees.
• As requested by the E-Commerce Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations
that are timely and constructive.
• Assists the E-Commerce Manager with employment actions, including discipline and termination
of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assists the E-Commerce Manager in monitoring employee performance, identifying and
facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Manages inventory and order fulfillment for the Ecommerce Store (E-Books, E-Collectibles and
future ventures.)
• Assists in managing online sales and returns.
• Ensures payment collections of all sold items and ships within expected timeframes.
• Manages customer service issues across all ecommerce sales platforms.
• Provides excellent customer service both internally and externally and facilitates teamwork with
all other departments.
• Supervises all facets of the eBay department.
• Keeps all sales reports and metrics updated daily.
• Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports.
• Conducts self in a safe manner; works cooperatively as a team with warehouse employees to
prevent bodily injuries and property damages.
• Enforces safety practices and procedures and prepares related reports.
• Provides required safety equipment; ensures that all equipment is in working condition.
• Emphasizes careful handling and protective measures to prevent employee injuries or damage
and loss of merchandise.
• Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the facility.
• Ensures that housekeeping, safety, and security is maintained, reports all needed repairs,
problems and/or hazards immediately.
• Responsible for a neat, clean and organized facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of
department, team, and/or mission.
Requirements:
