Job description

Role Overview: As a Web Designer, you will help shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences that connect customers with the Rejuvenation brand. Working across eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, and product teams, you'll design customer-centered solutions that balance business objectives with user needs.

In this role, you'll contribute to the evolution of the Rejuvenation website by designing landing pages, merchandising experiences, promotional campaigns, and UX enhancements that improve discoverability, confidence, and conversion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the design process-from concept through execution-while using customer insights, usability best practices, and data to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

UX & Experience Design

  • Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across desktop and mobile that support customer goals and business objectives.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and design intent.

  • Partner with developers during implementation by reviewing work in development and test environments, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the final experience aligns with design intent, usability standards, and brand quality.

  • Apply UX best practices including accessibility, information hierarchy, and usability principles to improve the customer experience.

  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions.

Digital Design & Merchandising

  • Design digital assets including landing pages, promotional experiences, website components, and merchandising content that align with seasonal campaigns and brand standards.

  • Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to create compelling shopping experiences that inspire customers while supporting conversion goals.

  • Maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem by contributing to established design systems and component libraries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics teams throughout the design process.

  • Present design rationale clearly, incorporating stakeholder feedback while advocating for the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and perform QA/QC to maintain design quality across devices and browsers.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and business insights to iterate and improve digital experiences.

  • Stay current on UX trends, eCommerce best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging digital technologies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, documentation, and team processes.

Criteria:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of design experience in digital environments. Preference for eCommerce experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and HTML is required. Experience with Airtable or similar project management software is a plus. Illustration, motion design, and video editing skills are preferred. Familiar with web design principles including usability, responsive design, and cross-browser functionality. Profiency in MS Office is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Attributes: Strong typography skills, excellent time management, and organizational abilities. Motivated self-starter with collaborative and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle changing priorities and make timely decisions.
