Job description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Analytics Lead to head our analytics services team, developing end-to-end custom projects for clients that use the Intentwise technology platform.

This person will work directly with brands to define analytics roadmaps and develop projects tailored to their specific needs, from end-to-end custom dashboards to performance analytics to advanced work such as incrementality modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, forecasting, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing with major brands, and will arrive to the job with data analytics expertise and strong knowledge of e-commerce and retail media, including the nuances of Amazon Marketing Cloud.

What Youโ€™ll Do?
  • Lead the Intentwiseโ€™s analytics services team
  • Partner with brands to define business questions and analytics priorities
  • Translate brandsโ€™ business needs into clear analytics roadmaps, and come up with custom dashboards, reporting projects, AMC solutions, and other advanced analytics initiatives to meet them
  • Work closely with Intentwiseโ€™s internal teams across Product, Customer Success, and Sales to connect services with the Intentwise platform
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant experience working directly with brands
  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud is required
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail media, and digital marketing analytics
  • Experience with advanced analytics such as incrementality, MMM, attribution, or forecasting is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and modern cloud /AI environments is preferred
