About The Role

The E-Commerce Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Mine & Yours' online business across product publishing, order fulfillment, digital merchandising, and customer experience. This role helps ensure products are accurately represented online, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and e-commerce operations meet Mine & Yours' luxury standards.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an interest in e-commerce, fashion, and luxury retail.


What You'll Do

Order Fulfillment & Operations

  • Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure every order reflects the Mine & Yours luxury unboxing experience.
  • Maintain organized e-commerce and back-of-house areas and ensure proper product care.
  • Support inventory transfers, tagging, and internal product movements.
  • Identify and communicate shipping, inventory, or product discrepancies.


Product Content & Merchandising

  • Prepare and publish accurate product descriptions for new arrivals.
  • Ensure products are correctly tagged, categorized, priced, and represented online.
  • Support website merchandising, collections, and homepage updates.
  • Identify unshot or unpublished inventory and flag for prioritization.
  • Perform quality assurance on product listings and site content.


Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Gorgias in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support order, shipping, product, and general online shopping inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues and work with the Senior Associate and E-Commerce Manager on resolutions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Buying, Retail, and Studio teams to support efficient product flow from intake through to publishing.
  • Support studio preparation, inventory organization, and campaign execution as required.
  • Proactively identify and report errors, bottlenecks, or workflow gaps.


Who You Are

  • 1+ years of retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning and working with e-commerce platforms and digital tools.
  • Interest in fashion, luxury retail, or e-commerce is an asset.
