Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for quality assurance, maintaining accurate and up to date information, optimizing product visibility, analyzing data, helping to maintain existing websites and marketplace accounts as well as researching new opportunities for growth and expansion to all platforms.

What you will do:

  • Liaise between ERP Architects and Marketing to update and automate the pricing process
  • Update product information in ERP system
  • Update and edit pricing in ERP system
  • Update and create part numbers
  • Work with supervisor to update products, pricing and other pertinent information on marketplace account(s) including order entry and tracking uploads.

Requirements:

  • Experience with e-commerce channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of pricing research
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and pricing systems.
  • Internet research skills
  • Strong collaborator and comfortable engaging multiple team members to achieve success.
  • Knowledge of eBay and/or other marketplace platforms

Physical Requirements:

  • Largely a sedentary role, however, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and printers.

Work Environment:

  • Professional office environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience, related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
