Job description

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time / 100% on-site
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Position Summary: Kith's E-Commerce Merchandising Associate is responsible for how products are visually represented on the Kith website. This includes collecting and organizing all assets with Kith's product photography team, and the ordering and placement of those products within the website. Additionally, this role will include creation of products, size charts, model measurements, related products, and assist with any reporting needed. This role reports to the Director of E-commerce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Kith's release calendar to ensure readiness for the online store.
  • Coordinating with Ecommerce Product Specialist to ensure alignment with release deadlines.
  • Collaborating with editors and photography team to monitor deadlines and final upload.
  • Collaborating with merchandising team to align on web strategy (creating web layouts plans in figma).
  • Monitoring Kith US, EU, UK and Canada's webstores to ensure that products are merchandised in an appropriate order, and that the visuals look elevated, accurate and appropriate for the brand.
  • Support creation of products in Shopify, (Kith, Multibrand, Footwear, and Footwear Drawings) including tagging for merch, scheduling files, and other metadata.
  • Ensuring that vendor footwear images are edited and uploaded in a timely manner for drawings and web releases.
  • Tracking asset workflow progress in an internal asset management system that all parties have are aligned on release readiness.
  • Adding required shot placements to LENS, to better support web requirements.
  • This is a full-time position. As a global retailer, occasional evenings and/or weekend work may be required throughout the year.

Experience
  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce in the apparel industry.
