Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Media Specialist to own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads for the Clear Touch, Clear Digital, and NEXT brands. This in-office role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and requires a blend of hands-on media management, copywriting, creative collaboration, and high-level campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Build, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), and LinkedIn Ads for Clear Touch, Clear Digital, and NEXT brand portfolios.
  • Creative & Copy Collaboration: Write compelling ad copy tailored to diverse B2B and B2E (Business-to-Education/Government) target audiences; collaborate with designers to develop high-converting visual and video assets.
  • Budget & Bid Optimization: Actively monitor, allocate, and optimize monthly ad spending across platforms and brand lines to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Define, refine, and build hyper-targeted custom and lookalike audiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google to capture high-intent leads.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and present actionable performance reports to marketing leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with content creators, SEO specialists, and web designers to ensure landing page consistency, cohesive brand messaging, and end-to-end conversion path optimization.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute ongoing A/B and multivariate tests for creative assets, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve channel efficiency.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, OR 2+ years of dedicated professional experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience actively setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad accounts across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of platform-specific audience targeting, keyword bidding strategies, and ad format best practices across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to track multi-channel funnels and conversions.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong copywriting capabilities suited for B2B and technology audiences.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video), Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Media Buying, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, technology solutions, interactive hardware, or e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify).
  • Familiarity with graphic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) or working closely with creative teams to optimize ad creative.
