Healthy Dogma is expanding its customer-care team and hiring for two different positions: a Customer Care Lead and a Customer Care Associate.

Both positions play an important role in making sure customers receive timely, thoughtful, and helpful support. We are looking for people who communicate clearly, solve problems calmly, and genuinely care about creating a positive customer experience.


CUSTOMER CARE LEAD

Schedule and Compensation

  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid position
  • Approximately two to three days per week onsite in Oxford, with remaining approved hours worked remotely
  • $15–$25 per hour, based on relevant experience
  • No benefits are currently offered

The Customer Care Lead will help oversee and improve the customer experience across our online store, telephone, email, and social-media channels. The right candidate will have experience in e-commerce customer service and understand how customer care connects with marketing, retention, and brand reputation.


Lead Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails, calls, online inquiries, and social-media messages
  • Help customers with product questions, orders, subscriptions, shipping concerns, and general support needs
  • Respond directly when possible or route questions to the appropriate store or team member
  • Monitor online conversations and engage professionally with customers
  • Coordinate customer-care issues with production, fulfillment, marketing, and store staff
  • Identify recurring questions, problems, and opportunities to improve the customer journey
  • Help develop response standards, procedures, FAQs, and customer-care resources
  • Support customer retention and follow-up efforts
  • Maintain a consistent and appropriate Healthy Dogma voice across customer communications
  • Help strengthen the connection between customer service, e-commerce, social media, and marketing


Lead Qualifications

  • Prior customer-service experience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online order support
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, or online community engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment when handling complaints or sensitive situations
  • Ability to organize multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently during remote hours
  • Leadership or senior-level customer-care experience is preferred


CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE
