Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing eCommerce orders across platforms such as Amazon and Walmart
  • Support the generation of regular reports and business performance summaries for management review
  • Help maintain accurate inventory levels by updating key retail and eCommerce platforms
  • Support forecasting and inventory planning activities to help maintain optimal stock levels
  • Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners in compliance with company policies
  • Manage Customer SLA Expectations and Compliance Chargeback Reporting/Resolutions.
  • Participate in routine inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in managing documentation and data entry within the ERP system (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendors
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

  • 1~3 years of experience in eCommerce operations
  • Familiarly with online retail platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central is a must
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
