E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, on time, and in alignment with quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders according to established procedures
  • Verify order accuracy including items, quantities, and customization requirements
  • Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and labeling
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or print errors prior to shipment
  • Ensure packaging meets quality, branding, and carrier requirements
  • Flag quality issues or discrepancies to leads or managers promptly
  • Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and cycle counts as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support workflow adjustments during peak volume periods
  • Accurately update order status and fulfillment actions in warehouse or order management systems
  • Follow SOPs for fulfillment, safety, and quality control
  • Report recurring issues or inefficiencies to leadership
  • Work closely with fulfillment, print, logistics, and customer support teams
  • Support cross-training and team coverage as business needs evolve
Qualifications
