Overview
The Senior Analyst, Digital Investment is a key to the development of all campaigns from brief to RFP to post campaign analysis. The Senior Associate maintains quality control of the media campaigns in market and continually evaluates and improves performance against client goals. The Senior Associate is critical to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to make an impact and bring and execute ideas across the digital media eco-system (Display, Mobile, Social Media, Digital Video, Content Sponsorships, etc.).
This is a collaborative and connected team dedicated to great client service as well as fostering an environment for professional growth for their team members.
Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst, Digital Investment is a key to the development of all campaigns from brief to RFP to post campaign analysis. The Senior Analyst is critical to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions in Prisma, flowchart updating, post buy analyses, etc.)
  • Research, strategize, plan, and present plans with full execution
  • Plan, buy, and negotiate media (inclusive of desktop, mobile, social, and other emerging digital platforms)
  • Steward campaign pacing and optimization activity
  • Media authorizations/reconciliation review
  • Help to guide Associate(s) on campaign execution processes
  • Liaise with creative/ad ops (TAAG)/analytics teams to manage deliverables
  • Develop thoughtful insights for post campaign reports
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience as a Media Planner or Buyer with a focus on digital
  • Solid working knowledge of integrating media research into the planning process (MRI, Nielsen, comScore, Emarketer)
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions (Doubleclick, Innovid)
  • Proficient in the use of Prisma (media management tool)
  • Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
