Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

  • Ensure ECOs are audited for conformity to standard operation procedures and within the system rules of Enovia and SAP master data. Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products.
  • Ensure data integrity between systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc) throughout the change cycle. Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and other related practices
  • Analyze and track ECO submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation.
  • Analyze ECOs for system/business impacts, material dispositions, and optimal execution strategy.
  • Help with training ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standard
    Subject matter expert for ECO, PLM applications and processes
  • Work with key stakeholders eg Engineering, NPI, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience
  • Related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
  • Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
