The customer onboarding phase is the foundation of the customer journey. A great process accelerates product adoption and shortens the time to value for customers. Onboarding our clients is collaborative in nature, and as such this is an opportunity to build trust and develop a spirit of partnership. We are looking for a skilled Solutions Associate to join the team. In this important role, you will be at the center of client engagement, product development, and sales, while driving CMG's strategy and vision with our customers. A genuine interest in understanding the workflows and business domain of our customers is key. You will be supporting the largest financial institutions in the world!
Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers, their business domain, and workflows
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders from project inception through the go-live implementationย 
  • Support customers through the onboarding journey, serving as a point of contact for project and functional inquiriesย 
  • Help build and execute detailed project plans to ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables; produce weekly/monthly status reports
  • Document customer process flows, identify system gaps, and work with internal stakeholders to prioritize customer commitments and needs
  • Serve as a connector between our product development teams and our customers to ensure on-time delivery of system configurations and project go-liveย 
  • Build trusting and meaningful relationships with product champions and key points of contact within each customer, and stay current on their needs
  • Lead multiple implementation projects and technical software deploymentsย 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Economics or Engineering preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in any of the following: solutions management/engineering, project management, product management, account management, sales/customer success, implementations
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with internal and external customers
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for project management and organization
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Independent - enjoys taking on new challenges and running with them
  • Naturally process-oriented and adept at managing time well
  • Relatable experience in the intersection of technology and customer enablement
  • Understanding of technical aspects of software implementation is a plusย

$90,000 - $115,000 a year
The successful candidate's salary will be determined by non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our benefits program including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and our equity plan.ย ย
