Job description


The Senior Manager, ECM (eCommerce and Customer Marketing) Business Development is responsible for partnering with the Director of Business Development to streamline and standardize all operations and data across customer routines. Key components of this role are alignment of brand strategy, customer strategy, and sales strategy to achieve and exceed KPIs. Additionally, the Senior Manager, ECM Business Development will align on customer insights to support initiative to drive customer results and relationships and partner with internal sales partners to drive ECM success
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support eCom customer teams in delivering top KPIs both internally and with the customer
  • Partner with analytics team to create reporting across ECM with primary focus on Amazon and Last Mile customers to help drive visibility to plans and identify areas of opportunity. Responsible for discovery, cleaning, and connecting data from retailer partners and combining with internal data to drive end-to-end analysis
  • Work with all ECM customers to streamline execution across all customer teams and standardize reporting
  • Utilize strong analytical and financial skills to identify opportunities to grow at customer level across key partners
  • Monitor and help analyze competitor and customer trends and shifts that may impact KHC performance
  • Support integration of eCom customers into key existing KHC routines and create additional reporting and routines where needed to drive the business
  • Streamline ECM reporting into existing sales wide routines such as MBR or yearly planning process
  • Own centralized ECM planning inputs into sales wide strategies and routines
  • Manage ECM specific customer focused reporting and action routines in partnership with BU facing analytics partner to ensure monthly ECM targets are being hit and actions are being communicated where necessary
  • Integration of eCommerce business into cross functional routines and projects
  • Partner with finance, supply chain, category management, insights, marketing, and more to drive integration of eCommerce customers into existing routines and rituals
  • Integration of key data points from customer reporting into KHC systems to allow for more accurate forecasting
  • Creation of customer-ready materials to drive partnership
  • Align on actional insights plan with shopper insights team to support initiatives to drive results and relationships with top customers
  • Support in materials creation for routine connects with the retailer partners and KHC eCom teams

Qualifications
  • Passion for high performance and digital success
  • Ownership mentality, especially around performance, data, customer partnership, and planning
  • Strong CPG experience in Sales, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce
  • Strong financial competence, inclusive of experience owning P&L and understanding of profit and revenue drivers
  • Experience within sales or center of excellence role owning complete category or customer over multiple annual cycles
  • Strong project management skills and organization
  • Clear examples of being a trusted, simplistic storyteller who can engage effectively at an executive level
  • Experience presenting & representing a broader team in milestone moments with leaders
  • Experience building presentations with storytelling framework
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and/or experience in performance reporting/analytics
  • Motivated self-starter who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to connect consumer insights to business goals.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
