We're looking for a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components. This is a hands-on role where precision, quality, and attention to detail matter. If you take pride in producing accurate parts and working in a safety-focused environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders
  • Manufacture and repair precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds as needed to maintain quality standards
  • Complete required inspection and production documentation
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and operate overhead cranes as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives

What We're Looking For:
  • CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools
  • Strong math, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Manual machining or component repair experience
  • CNC program editing experience
  • Trade school, technical training, or related certifications

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
