About Eclipse Consulting
Eclipse Consulting is a high-growth consulting firm that helps clients turn complex data into transformative action. As we scale rapidly-with a goal to grow the business 10x over the next three years-we are expanding our Risk & Regulatory Practice and hiring a Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Senior Manager to support this next phase of growth.
This role requires strong management consulting acumen and the ability to contribute meaningfully to practice growth across Non-Financial Risk and Regulatory Compliance. The successful candidate will align closely with firm objectives while proactively supporting senior leadership through research, ideation, and execution of strategic initiatives. A strong understanding of consulting commercial drivers and sales methodologies is essential, with the ability to actively support revenue growth through sales enablement, strategic relationship management, and disciplined use of sales tools and processes. Deep expertise in Non-Financial Risk within financial services is critical, along with the adaptability to support broader initiatives as business needs evolve.
In addition to client delivery, this role demands operational and people leadership excellence, including the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes and close collaboration with Data Management teams in alignment with the Eclipse Service Delivery Framework. Success requires an understanding of how risk and regulatory requirements depend on strong data governance, data quality, lineage, and reporting, enabling practical, end-to-end solutions that meet both regulatory expectations and business objectives.
