Job Description

Title : ECG Analyst

Location : Plymouth, MN

Duration : 4 months+


****Remote is OK****

Responsibilities for this position:

1. Engage customers/clients/vendors on the specifics of the project

2. Coordinate with customers/clients/vendors the schedule for changes

3. Liaison between ECG staff and customers/clients/vendors during implementation of change

4. Tracking of project status

5. Validation of customer/clients/vendor changes


Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED

Strong verbal and written communication skills

3+ years experience with Microsoft Office

Customer service background

Ability to work with different groups to drive results

Ability to work with little or no supervision


Qualifications

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP)

Experience with Helpdesk tools preferably HPSM

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
